Joanna,  Its actually a kanishka coin, not menander.  I do not know if one can
view it on the BM site, but I found an online image of it a couple of years ago
at: http://www.miami.edu/phi/bio/Buddha/Milinda.htm

boddo is, I think, a prakrit form for buddha.
