That is 'newspeak' and as Hayes said ludicrous.

Some genuine evidence would be the enumerable 'conditionings' meted out 
by apartheid masters suffering 'three poisons' as related by CPT (and 
its cohorts) in report after report such as the following:

However, please continue the now familiar game of one trying to herd to 
enlightenment another who is bonded to their apologetic moribund role.
