That's nonsense, Erik. One could not produce a being as stupid,
incompetent and inept as George W. Bush by random mutation, no matter
how much time was involved. A monstrosity of his proportions produced in
a finite span of time can be explained only as the result of a
singularly imbecilic creator trying, without much success, to use
Windows-based CAD software to design an armadillo.
