The following excerpt from an article on a recent anti-war rally in New
Mexico caught my eye.

\begin{quote}
Albuquerque 3/19/05. Approximately 500 demonstrators protested the
continuing war and occupation of Iraq in front of the New Mexico
National Guard Headquarters in Albuquerque. The event observed the
second anniversary of the U.S. invasion of Iraq, being part of an
International Day of Protest in the nation and around the world.

The lively and well-organized event displayed colorful banners and
placards blasting the war in Iraq, as well as, the policies of class war
at home by the Bush administration. The protest included Buddhist
meditation, anti-war speakers, poetry recitals, peace songs and an Aztec
ceremonial blessing.
