I was taught by someone from Seung Sahn Sulim's tradition of Kuan Yim Zen
that on in-breadth, one is to think "WHO AM I?" and on out-breadth, think
"DON'T KNOW!" No other object of meditation and each sitting should not be
too long.

Hope I didn't misrepresent them...
