   Obviously  it's  a  mistake.  It's the version Iñaki
used  for  his  translation (1981 ed., although he used
the  1991  reprint).  He  also  says  that  he used the
Bod-rgya  tshig-mdsod  chen-mo  [Great  Tibetan-Chinese
Dictionary],   which  he  considers  the  best  Tibetan
dictionary available. Thank you for pointing it.
