[Buddha-l] Himitsu Nembutsu tradition

Hello all,

I was just reading the article by James Sanford, "Breath of Life: The Esoteric Nembutsu."  I was wondering, does this school of Buddhism still exist?  I was hoping to study this tradition on a personal level.  

Any information would be appreciated.  Thanks.
