Judging by Chapter One, _Contemplative Science_ looks promising.

Much more so, in fact, than _The Attention Revolution_, which has
some odd and inaccurate things to say about
psycho-pharmaceuticals. They are not addictive, for one thing,
nor do they necessarily suppress symptoms.
