Erik, these complaints are so patently absurd they don't deserve an answer.
When Dutch Buddhists go to India they cease to be Dutch?

Israeli tourists can be a pain in the ass. So can Japanese tourists (for
different reasons). And mainland Chinese. Americans used to be called the
"ugly" tourists (and not because of our delightful looks). And the reason
for bringing this up is? Do you want to accuse them of "occupying"
Dharamsala? Time to cleanse your mind (maybe you need a new mantra). That
sort of blatant bigotry is unBuddhist.
