[Buddha-l] Is there any basis for the allegations concerning the "expulsion" of Ani Karma Lhamu?

Here is an example of a very recent article, from just a few days ago, 
that continues to perpetuate the original (false) allegation that the 
rape victim faces possible expulsion from the Sangha of nuns:

Because this article was republished at the buddhistchannel.tv website, 
a number of Buddhists "read" it, and then immediately took to teh 
interwebs to express their misinformed indignation and, thereby, 
participate in the spread of these lies.
