Simon Cozens, Perl Geek and divinity school student, uses XeTeX and his 
Macintosh to solve his Unicode font problems in his student papers. It 
sounds like a good solution for people who need to typeset documents in 
non-Latin scripts, which probably include a lot of people on this list.
