I just got back from a long weekend vacation where I drove six hours  there 
and six hours back. I listened to dhamma talks the whole way which was a  great 
way to spend the time. Here are some of the Internet sites which offer MP3  
talks/guided meditations you can download. Please let me know of other  sites.
