Sarah McClintock in her dissertation of 2004 and an article published in
_Argumentation_ last year borrows some of Perelman's ideas in her
discussion of Śāntarakṣita and Kamalaśīla.

If I remember correctly, McClintock uses Perelman's notion of the
Universal Audience.
