My friend is a physician with the National Cancer Center of Singapore 
(http://www.oncology.sg/). He has also a PhD in Genetic Epidemiology 
from the National University of Singapore. He doesn't work specifically 
in the area of brain imaging for meditators but has the necessary skills 
to make deeper sense of those papers than someone like me.
