Thanks to Warner for the text and the link.

Amazing--anal hemorrhoids are only one part of a long list. In
western medicine this condition only affects the anal region, far
as I know (at least in popular lore).
 
So I wonder if the rest of the list refers to infected boils of
various kinds. We can see the humoral theory at work in the
mention of wind (aka dry) and heat hemorrhoids (there are no
moist and cold ones), so wind and heat were obviously considered
causal in the ancient humoral system.
Does anyone know the date of this Mahayana text? Certainly not
the time of the Buddha. 
I find it surprising that, since the Tibetans (and the Indians)
developed their own brands of traditional medicine, this text
does not reflect a Chinese brand of it, but instead only magic.
