I found the website thanks to Bing.  My query was "places to learn shamatha meditation in the UK".  Bing showed results for "shamatha" and "samatha" as well.  Google only showed results for "shamatha".

I also found my previously downloaded materials.  Apologies to those who have had to read about my stumbles.  
 
But I'm still curious as to who on Buddha-L provided the link...
